Hi – I’m Sue Haviland, a reverse mortgage and aging-in-place expert. For over 20 years I have worked in this industry in a variety of roles. I’ve originated loans. I’ve led and managed other originators. I’ve trained and coached and been on stage speaking to hundreds. While I’ve enjoyed every minute, nothing has been as rewarding as helping older adults realize the power of utilizing home equity in retirement while helping loan officers realize their potential in the reverse space.

I’m proud to have been featured in Reverse Mortgage Daily and Reverse Mortgage Magazine, on various TV shows and podcasts, as well as over the airways. If credentials count, I hold the CRMP and CAPS designations, am an ATD Master Trainer, and am a board member of the National Aging In Place Council. I’ve presented to Realtors across the country and I truly believe that the Reverse for Purchase holds great promise.
